Amaterasu: Dual Layer is one of the Secret Techniques in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, as a part of Season Pass 7.
Properties[]
The user partners up with Itachi Uchiha (Reanimation) and activate their respective Susano'o, with Itachi using Yasaka Beads and the player using Inferno Style: Susano'o Flame Control. If they connect, both characters use Amaterasu, creating a big, fiery explosion.
Any opponents caught in the Amaterasu flames get dealt burn damage and have their defense reduced for 8 seconds on contact.
This Secret Technique can only be used on the ground.
Usage Tips[]
While the impact range on both stages of the technique are quite large, the damage dealt overall may not compensate - and if not used against relatively nearby opponents, the attack will most likely miss. If used outside of VR Missions, it would be best used in Survival Exercise or Ninja World Face-Off, as the defense drop on affected enemies can leave them scrambling for health pickups/tools before they die.
However, when used in VR Missions, it's a fantastic tool for dealing damage to bosses, as well as clearing out overwhelming waves of enemies in Protect the Village Gate!.
