Flash Medicine is one of the Ninja Tools available to use in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, exclusive to the Attack & Ranged Class.
Properties[]
A single use item that quickly activates, shrouding the user with blue energy. For the following 13 seconds, the user is granted the effects of Swift Step, as well as having their Ninjutsu & Substitution cooldown speeds decreased.
As of Ver. 2.28, the effect is not lost when using "Karma Linchpin (Wild)". The effects, however, will cancel out Chakra and Speed boosts from In-Battle Scrolls if Flash Medicine is used during them.
