Usage Tips[]
The Hidden Leaf Dagger can generally be considered a straight upgrade to the Kunai (Weapon) with a higher Speed rating of 4 and a similar moveset, thus playing mostly the same. The most notable tradeoff is the missing kick from the combo, which can no longer combo into slower attacks like Summoning: Salamander, though quick airborne Ninjutsu still work.
Even though the higher speed rating grants better results when engaging in melee combat, it is still recommended to keep distance from opponents and push the range advantage, considering the combat capability is still just mediocre. Engaging in melee should be reserved for when it is safe to do so or to prevent opponents from fleeing.
