Fourth Hokage Minato is the fifth character to be featured in Season Pass 1.
Minato is one of - if not the fastest fighter in Shinobi Striker. His strikes revolve around his kunai, and closing gaps with Flying Raijin Jutsu, making him hard to get rid of quickly.
Flying Raijin Jutsu is good for getting out of danger or getting back to a base/flag in their respective game modes, Flying Raijin, Level 2 is good for taking out stationary opponents and Rasen-Flash Super-Circle Dance Howl Stage Three can instantly kill multiple enemies at once in the right situation, if not just one at a time.
