The young form of Naruto Uzumaki is the third character to be introduced in Season Pass 8.
Unlike his more precise, older versions, the young Naruto is more focused on speed than high damage, and rushing in with reckless abandon. While his regular Close-Range strings are as to be expected, both his ground and aerial Strong Attacks have shadow clones propel him forward, cannonballing ahead; this first stage deals no damage, but it leads into unique Close-Range strings afterwards.
Further leaning into his reckless style are his Ninjutsu - starting with Rasengan Connection. This technique has Naruto create a shadow clone and use it to assist his advance by way of spinning. If they directly connect with the opponent, they both unleash a combo that ends with a Rasengan - however, if they miss when the spin ends, the real Naruto flings the clone at his opponent as a projectile...though he falls on his butt afterwards, leaving him open for a moment.
Demon Wind Bomb makes Naruto transform into a Demon Wind Shuriken while a Shadow Clone throws him. Like Thousand Hands, this gives Naruto freedom of movement to slice opponents while in this state, as well as being able to follow up with a flying kick afterwards to make the sting of getting caught by him hurt even more.
His Secret Technique, Nine Tails: Rampage, is an Install-style Secret Technique that does MANY things. On top of refilling his health and giving him the usual attack & speed buffs, all of his Close-Range and Strong Attacks are altered to a more feral style, which also matches his new running animation in this state too. Both Ninjutsu are altered too, having a chakra punch as the first and a Ripple-style grab as his second; additionally, his trusty Shadow Clone Jutsu is replaced with the armor-enhanced Nine Tails: Raiment, and additional input of the Secret Technique unleashes a Vermillion Rasengan, decimating everyone around him.
