Scientific Ninja Tool "Flaming Hook" is one of the Ninja Tools available to use in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.
Properties[]
The user throws out a hook on a chain at the targeted opponent. If it connects, it pulls the opponent closer to them (akin to Ripple), and causes burn damage to them for 8 seconds.
