Scientific Ninja Tool "Nilpotent" is one of the Ninja Tools available to use in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.
Properties[]
The user raises their arm up, creating a small Area of Effect that freezes any and all opponents within the radius. Opponents can be hit up to 3 times from when the Ninja Tool activates. Any and all affected opponents will have their movement speed reduced for 7 seconds upon hit.
While the user creates the AoE, they will have Super Armor, meaning they will not be affected by most regular attacks. This can be broken by:
