Scientific Ninja Tool "Wind Release Bullet" is one of the Ninja Tools available to use in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker.
Properties[]
The user throws out a slow-moving shuriken made out of wind, which heat-seeks the enemy. Upon contact, it creates a small tornado akin to Tornado High, which also cuts off the use of Substitutions for 10 seconds. As of Ver. 2.44, a successful hit lowers the amount of health they can recover from Ninja Tools & Ninjutsu for 10 seconds.

- This was the first Scientific Ninja Tool to be added to the game; both in general, and as a Ninja Tool.
