The user plants the seal on the ground, akin to Paper Bomb. If an enemy walks on top of it, they get stunned and get their controls reversed for 10 seconds, as well have their Substitution stock reset. As of Version 2.27, it cancels Super Armor.
As of Version 2.31, the animation for being hit has been changed from a complete stun to a mild stagger.
