Secret Red Move: Performance of a Hundred Puppets sends out puppets to attack everyone nearby.
The user flies up, summoning a hundred puppets wearing red capes, which then barrage nearby opponents within a large range.
If hit, the affected opponents will take poison damage and have the amount of health recovered by allied techniques & tools reduced for 8 seconds.
