This form of Shisui Uchiha, having attained his Perfect Susano'o, is the second character to be introduced in Season Pass 8.
While being a Defense Class Master, Shisui still has his trademark speed behind his belt, as well as his green Susano'o and genjutsu at his disposal for his regular attacks alone; having Swift Step return as his Substitution Jutsu adds even more fuel to his speed while active.
Shisui's Ninjutsu this time changes his main gameplan of making the opponent unable to escape, to making sure he cannot be hit too much. To start, Susano'o: Tsukumo has Shisui form his 50% Susano'o to put up a defensive stance, allowing him to guard most light and medium-damage attacks (excluding unblockable attacks, of course), then redirect that damage to his opponents by way of chakra-spike barrage, shredding his opponents to bits when used in the right scenario.
Genjutsu: Sharingan acts in a similar way to the regular Sharingan Ninjutsu, allowing the user to Substitute out of the way of harm without using their stock. The biggest differences with this version are that Shisui can cast this ability to his teammates for the same effect, as well as dealing damage should any enemies find themselves on the wrong end of this technique.
His Secret Technique, Perfect Susano'o: Kishin, adds a new element to the game: free movement during the Secret Technique. As Shisui flies off-screen and transforms into his Perfect Susano'o, he has a few seconds of being able to freely move around the stage before crashing back down to stab the ground. This allows freedom of choice to prioritise targets rather than commit to where he stands, and provides extra damage by having pillars of light make a diamond around the impact zone if his sword misses his intended target.
