"A summoning Jutsu that allows the user to summon a great snake that they've made a pact with. It will remain on the battlefield until either a certain amount of time passes or it takes a certain amount of damage. Direct attacks will leave target paralyzed, preventing the use of Ninjutsu."
Summoning: Great Snake is one of the Ninjutsu available to use in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, as a part of the base game.
Properties[]
The user slaps the ground, placing a blue snake in front of themselves. With this initial activation, some damage is dealt, and those hit have their Ninjutsu sealed for 10 seconds. The snake attacks by rapidly spinning in a circle when opponents are in its effective range - a maximum of 6 times before it disappears.
If the caster is defeated, 15 seconds pass, or the snake takes 300 damage, it will disappear.
This technique can be charged and only used on the ground. If there is an obstacle in front of the user, or there is not enough space to place the snake, the user will not deploy the summon.
Usage Tips[]
Despite the short active range of attack, Summoning: Great Snake is good in Base and Flag Battles, as keeping the snake in the middle of the stand will ward off those trying to steal the flag/base.
Also, since its recharge time is so long, it's best to at least have Clear Mind (or an associated Outfit Skill attached) equipped to combat the length, and make sure to pair it with another Ninjutsu with a shorter cooldown time, preferably an offensive one.
