"A combo attack that utilizes Shadow Clones. After the user charges toward the target, the clones knock them into the air, creating a whirlwind that can suck in multiple targets. A successful hit will recover some health."
Tornado High is one of the Ninjutsu available to use in Shinobi Striker.
Properties[]
The user rushes at the opponent. If they connect - even if they are blocked, the user will create a Shadow Clone that helps summon a thin, quick-moving tornado in front of them after a second. If the tornado hits, the target's Healing Power is reduced by 30% for 10 seconds, and they're left vulnerable for any follow up attacks. The user heals proportionally to the damage dealt.
The move will not continue if the opponent is not hit.
Usage Tips[]
Use this jutsu with caution, as any stage in the attack will leave you open to counterattacks, especially if you whiff. Ideally, you'll use this jutsu against an opponent you've caught in a combo, to intercept an oncoming attack, or when you're otherwise confident the Ninjutsu will connect.
