The user teleports out of the way with a squared portal facing horizontally. During this time, they can freely move around for 3 seconds, though they cannot use Ninjutsu, Ninja Tools or their Secret Techniques while in the portal.
Enemies can also continue to lock onto the enemy portal as they move around, though they cannot deal any damage while they are in the portal.
